Due to the number of mobile phone types and the way they manage sms text messages, there is no guarantee that this will work 100% all of the time, with all phones and with all SIMs... However, many customers have recovered deleted text messages from all types of sim cards. Also, if a SIM has been locked with a SIM PIN, you will have to know the PIN Code in order for this to work. (Most users will lock their phone and NOT the SIM, so this shoud not be a problem). In Addition, cetain phones perform a permanant delete on the sms text messages and these will NOT be recoverable. There is no way of knowing this in advance, and is something you will have to do on a trial and error basis. HOWEVER, PLEASE NOTE, if there are recoverable deleted sms text messages on your SIM Card, this package and sofware will be able to retrieve them, and no other package has proved to perform any better...

RETURN POLICY:

All products are tested prior to being dispatched, and ruturns are only accepted if item is defective, ie. DOA (Dead On Arrival). This product item is not refundable as it is software based. Please read the 'Guarantee' above. We cannot be held responsible if your text messages are simply not recoverable.

Any defective item must be reported immediately, and returned within 7 days from the date of receipt.

Please note, although every effort is made to provide you with the sim card readers displayed on this web site. On occasion we may send you an alternative design, colour and model as that illustrated. All our sim card readers are of equal quality and specification and perform and function in exactly the same mannor.
